September - better than August

Well the weather that is, which has changed for the better with some lovely sunny days but with an Autumnal feel. Blasted round the lanes near Sharpthorne, Haywards Heath and Horsted Keynes before lunch yesterday, a few days off the bike seemingly helping me to feel refreshed and strong. Now rapidly approaching my 2009 total miles and a few days in France next week should see me well past it (no not my age).
