Winter rutting

A chill in the air and being 15 minutes late for the start of the Rutters Sunday ride yesterday failed to deter me - chased off after them and as a result of a slow start by them managed to catch up by Sharpthorne. We then all meandered off at a leisurely pace towards Cuckfield where we watched the London to Brighton vintage car rally over a warming coffee. A front group of us swept back to Forest Row at a much faster pace, mainly to keep warm. All in all about 50 kms covered so felt good later.
